Hey everyone! Today, let’s chat about some awesome ingredients that can make a big
difference in your health, especially if you’re going through cancer treatment. We’ll talk
about why pineapple, kale, and coconut oil are super cool choices to include in your
diet.

Pineapple Power:
First up, let’s talk about pineapple! This tasty fruit isn’t just yummy; it’s also really good
for you. Pineapple contains something called bromelain, which is like a superhero
enzyme. It can help soothe your tummy and make it easier to digest your food. For
cancer thrivers, this can be super helpful, especially if you’re dealing with tummy
troubles from treatments.

Kale Kick:
Next on our list is kale! It might not sound as fun as pineapple, but trust me, it’s
awesome. Kale is packed with vitamins and stuff that your body needs to stay strong.
One of the coolest things about kale is that it has a special ingredient called
sulforaphane. This can help your body fight off bad stuff and stay healthy, which is super
important when you’re fighting cancer.

Coconut Oil Coolness:
Last but not least, let’s talk about coconut oil. You might have heard about coconut oil
being like a magic potion, and in some ways, it kind of is! Coconut oil has healthy fats
that can give you energy and help keep your body running smoothly. Plus, it’s got this
cool thing called anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce swelling and make
you feel better.

Who Might Want to Skip This Recipe:
Now, I know we’re all excited about trying out this awesome recipe, but it might not be
the best idea for everyone. If you have mouth sores, the acidity of pineapple might not
feel so great. In that case, it’s okay to swap out pineapple for something softer like
papaya. Remember, it’s important to listen to your body and choose foods that make
you feel good.

Including pineapple, kale, and coconut oil in your diet can give you a big boost when
you’re going through cancer treatment.

These super ingredients are packed with vitamins and nutrients that can help keep you
strong and feeling your best. Just remember to take care of yourself and choose foods
that work for you.

Flavorfully yours,
Stacy
