Hi, I’m Stacy your food loving, culinary registered dietitian, cancer caregiver, wife and boy mom.

I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for over 18 years. My journey began at the University of Delaware, where I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition. I later pursued a Culinary certificate from the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale,  Weight Management Certificate accredited by the Commission of Dietetic Registration certificate in Functional Medicine.

My professional approach revolves around the mantra of “Eat Real Food,” which I integrate into my interactions with clients. I’m passionate about using hands-on cooking skills to guide clients towards healing through the power of nutritious meals.

...bios are boring. Here are some fun facts about me!

  • I grew up on Long Island
  • I won banner day at Shea Stadium (now CitiField) home of the New York Mets, when I was 6 months old.
  • I won a VCR- know what that is?
  • I dip my potato chips into ketchup and fries into honey mustard
  • I failed my scuba diving class twice before I finally passed. I still freak out going down, but it’s the most amazing feeling once you see the reefs.
  • When I was 8, I was in a commercial with my brother for my aunt whose business was called Losing It. You get wrapped, look like a mummy and lose weight.
  • I met my husband through Events and Adventures. It was his first event and my last event.
  • While white water rafting, I helped push our raft off the rock. I gave it a huge push and got stuck on the rock. Had to wait for another raft to come by and get me.
  • I used to take belly dancing lessons as a form of exercise.
  • When I was 5, I received an award for eating 6 pieces of pizza for lunch at day camp.
  • I don’t always eat ice cream, but when I do, I choose cookies and cream.
