Stacy has been a Registered Dietitian for more than a decade. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition. She holds a Culinary certificate from the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale, a Weight Management Certificate from Commission of Dietetic Registration and is working on completing a certificate for Functional Medicine.
Her expertise in treating clients are focused with Stacy’s motto and approach of “Eat Real Food.” Her hands on cooking skills create a unique way for patients to heal with food.
Stacy was a guest on the Jim and Jade Show and did monthly TV segments for The Morning Show on MY33 Miami/Fort Lauderdale.
Stacy held the treasurer and bylaw chair positions for the Broward County Dietetics Association, was on the Nominating Committee for the Florida Dietetics Association, and is a member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in good standing. Additionally, she has won Recognized Young Dietitian and Emerging Leader for the Broward County Dietetics Association as well as having won Young Dietitian for the Florida Dietetics Association.
